I know the following units could not match power, stats etc, NOTE that those are just samples.
The overall idea is about we could get a bump in the Naval Type.
We need infantry and naval Vindicators + units, but here I will sugest some ideas for Naval Units leaving infantry to anyother player or anyother moment.

NAVAL units revival
Naval type lacks on units to be a type that could compite against others.
Here some sugestions (I am so bored, so I am just throwing here some time XD)
NAVAL VINDICATOR:
LEVIATHAN. Unique Vindicator. att 300/ def 600
Skills:
1. Maelstrom. Deals huge massive damage bassed on the amount of NOT naval/flying enemy units.
(Like 2 - 3 dmg per assault unit not flyer nor naval) and jams till 3 of those.
2. Rise of the Ocean's Tide. Raises by 50% the naval units damage.
3. Depth Sea's Recall. Brings in combat three naval units.
NAVAL COMMANDERS:
NEMO the forsaken Captain. Unique Naval Commander. 100/100
Skills:
1. The terror of the Sea. Chance to bring in Nautilus.
2. The Hidden Sea menace. Chance to doable the Nautilus' damage.
TETHYS, The Singer. Unique Naval Commander. 100/100
Skills:
1. Syren's call: Chance to bring in the Syren Commander and control an enemy Commander (both in same proc).
2. Queen of the Depth Sea. Chance to reinforce a naval assault unit and jam an enemy naval unit (both in same proc)
NAVAL ASSAULT:
NAUTILUS: Unique Naval-Armored Assault unit. 300/200. Skill: Shell-Break Horn. Deals massive damage and jam an enemy naval unit.
DESTROYER: Naval unit (ship). Missile launch: Deals mayor damage. Chance to jam an enemy flying unit.
SHARK-TROOPER. Naval Assault unit. 80/80. Skill: Deals damage and chance to jam an enemy structure.
TRITON. Naval Assault unit. 90/50. Skill: Deals damage and chance to counter an enemy jam.
CTULHU the Primogen. Unique Naval-Xeno. 500 att/ 500 def.
Skills:
1. Voices of the Old Dreamer. Always control an enemy commander.
2. Roars from the Beyond. Counter one enemy control on your units and deals damage.
3. Too many tentacles. Deals massive damage and jams till three enemy assault units.
NAVAL STRUCTURES:
Rlyeh, the Sunken City. Unique structure. Cannot be jammed (0/0). Chance to reinforce the assault unit called "Ctulhu" and deals massive damage.
Ocean's Shrine. Naval structure 0/100. Chance to deal some heal (6-10) and brings in combat another naval unit.
Nitockris Submarine Cannon-Battery. Naval structure. 100/50. Chance to deal mayor damage and jam an enemy armored unit.
Sunken Facility. Unique Naval structure. 20/200. Chance to rise your defense by 10%. Raises your income by 15%.
